About the role

The Kitchen Manager will lead the food preparation team at Boston Pizza Bracebridge, ensuring high‑quality meals and efficient service. This full‑time, permanent position requires hands‑on supervision, staff training, and strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
  • Hire food‑service staff and manage a team of 3‑4 people.
  • Maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.

Required profile

  • Client‑focused with excellent oral communication skills.
  • Flexible, team‑player attitude.
  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
