About the role

Join the A&W kitchen team as a Kitchen Crew member, preparing the food guests love while keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This hands‑on position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with a supportive team, and learning valuable food‑service skills.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare A&W menu items following food safety and quality standards.
• Cook burgers, fries, breakfast items and other products efficiently.
• Assemble orders accurately, even during busy periods.
• Keep workstations stocked, organized and running efficiently.
• Restock fridges, freezers and ingredient stations.
• Monitor food levels and communicate needs to the team.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, counters, prep surfaces and utensils.
• Assist with dining‑room, restroom and exterior cleanliness to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with cashiers, supervisors and other team members during rush periods.

Required profile

• Energetic, reliable and enjoy hands‑on work.
• Take pride in doing things right.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to learn new skills and help where needed.
• Available 15–40 hours per week.
