Key Holder – Retail Team Leader (Part‑Time)

About the role

Lindt is looking for an enthusiastic Key Holder to join its Don Mills store. This part‑time position supports the store team in delivering exceptional chocolate experiences while helping to open and close the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the manager on duty, hold the store key and manage opening/closing procedures.
• Support team members to meet daily sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
• Welcome customers, answer product questions, handle returns and resolve concerns.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and in‑store activations.
• Promote corporate gifting options and support B2B sales.
• Perform inventory duties, including stock replenishment, receiving and coordinating corporate orders.
• Handle cash transactions and related cash‑handling tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to drive sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, energetic personality and a passion for chocolate.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems.
• Cash‑handling proficiency.
• Inventory control knowledge.
• Understanding of visual merchandising standards.
