Key Holder – Retail Store (Niagara Outlet Collection)

About the role

Lindt is looking for an enthusiastic Key Holder to join the Niagara Outlet Collection store. The role supports the team in delivering magical chocolate experiences while ensuring smooth store operations. You will help open and close the store, drive sales and uphold Lindt’s brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Hold the store key and manage opening and closing procedures.
• Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Welcome guests, answer product questions, process returns and resolve concerns.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute in‑store activations.
• Promote corporate gifting options to boost B2B sales.
• Perform inventory duties including stock replenishment, receiving and coordinating corporate gifting orders.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures and visual standards.

Required profile

• Proven retail or customer‑facing experience with a strong sales focus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Friendly, energetic personality with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
