About the role
As a Key Holder you will be the primary point of contact for ensuring smooth store operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced cannabis retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable product assistance.
- Execute opening and closing procedures accurately, including cash handling and financial reconciliation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
- Assist with merchandising, promotional displays and inventory management.
- Support e‑commerce order fulfillment and packaging.
- Uphold company policies, compliance standards and cannabis product knowledge.
Required profile
- Retail experience (industry experience is an asset).
- Supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Excellent time‑management and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be 19 years or older with a valid Provincial Cannabis Certification and a clean criminal background check.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and the ability to work at multiple locations.
