About the role

The Joint Cannabis is seeking a reliable Key Holder to join its Winnipeg store team. This part‑time position plays a pivotal role in delivering a welcoming guest experience while ensuring smooth store operations during opening and closing shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide knowledgeable product assistance.
• Execute opening and closing procedures accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain financial accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with merchandising, promotions, and inventory management.
• Support e‑commerce order fulfillment and packaging.
• Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and cannabis certification requirements.

Required profile

• Retail experience (industry experience is a plus).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Excellent time‑management and prioritisation.
• Must be 19 years or older with a valid Provincial Cannabis Certification.
• Ability to provide a current criminal background check.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and multiple store locations.
