About the role

The Key Holder is responsible for ensuring smooth store operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience. This part‑time position involves opening and closing the store, handling cash, maintaining inventory, and upholding compliance standards in a fast‑paced cannabis retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide product knowledge and assistance.
• Execute all opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain financial accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Assist with merchandising, promotional displays, and inventory management.
• Support e‑commerce order fulfillment and packaging.
• Uphold company policies, compliance standards, and cannabis product knowledge.

Required profile

• Retail experience required; industry experience is an asset.
• Supervisory experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Ability to delegate, take ownership, and manage time effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Must be 19 years or older with a valid Provincial Cannabis Certification.
• Willingness to provide a current criminal background check.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and work at multiple locations.
