Junior Software Support – Vancouver Island Residents

About the role

The Support Specialist provides front‑line assistance for Plexxis software users, ensuring timely and friendly resolution of technical questions. This role directly impacts customer satisfaction and the overall value customers receive from the Plexxis ERP solution.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and become conversant with all aspects of the Plexxis Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues after implementation.
• Log all Service Desk tickets and escalate urgent situations as needed.
• Interact with customers via phone and email, offering support, training, and product presentations.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate recommendations to Project Managers, Account Managers, and the Programming Coordinator.

Required profile

• Strong communication, organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.
