Junior Service Advisor (Luxury Automotive)

About the role

The Junior Service Advisor is the first point of contact for Ferrari owners throughout their service journey. You will welcome clients, understand their needs, and translate those into well‑planned technical interventions while maintaining transparency and trust.

Key responsibilities

• Manage service bookings and vehicle reception, interacting directly with clients.
• Schedule maintenance and service appointments, maintaining daily client contact.
• Identify required interventions, explain repair details, and provide accurate time and cost estimates.
• Coordinate workshop activities, assign tasks, and approve completed work.
• Arrange courtesy vehicles to ensure client mobility during repairs.
• Redeliver vehicles, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Promote labor, parts, and Genuine Ferrari products in a client‑oriented manner.
• Contribute to defining service KPIs and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Client‑facing professional with experience in after‑sales or premium service environments.
• Comfortable interacting with discerning clients and explaining technical information clearly.
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and disciplined in follow‑up.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

Required skills

• Experience using CDK dealership management software.
