Junior Project Manager

About the role

The Junior Project Manager will support high‑visibility accounts for TransPerfect in Montreal, acting as the client’s representative within our operations. You will coordinate linguistic resources, ensure information flow, and help deliver tailored business solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑visibility accounts, overseeing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to clarify client expectations and gather critical project information.
• Educate and advise clients on optimal approaches to achieve their project goals.
• Handle day‑to‑day project activities, including planning, execution, budget and vendor management, quality assurance, and final delivery.
• Work with Linguistic Department representatives to maintain reference materials and glossaries for consistency and quality.
• Document and share best practices for managing large accounts.
• Follow established processes and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional with strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn from senior Project Managers and provide daily support to peers.
• Ability to work independently without direct reports while collaborating across teams.
