Junior Operator Assistant - Energy Services

About the Position

Main Missions

• Learn and apply strict safety and PSL equipment repair procedures through our internal competency process.
• Perform basic operations including pre/post inspections of Coil Tubing equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance and upkeep of support equipment such as pumps and return lines.
• Assist in the cleaning, repair, and preparation of equipment for upcoming interventions.
• Support field operations by assisting in the assembly and disassembly of service line equipment at well sites.
• Actively participate in quality improvement processes and maintain high environmental awareness.

Candidate Profile

• Highly motivated individuals eager to innovate, achieve, and lead within the energy sector.
• Ability to follow strict supervision and adhere to rigorous safety protocols.
• Willingness to undergo intensive training (essential mathematics, Red Book, safety, etc.).
• Must be able to pass company-specific tests and meet all competency task list requirements.
• Physical readiness for field-based tasks and equipment handling.
