Junior Operator – 24/7 Operations Support

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Operator to join our Operation Control Center (OCC) team. You will provide first‑level, 24 × 7 × 365 on‑site support, monitoring servers and services to ensure continuous availability for our multi‑platform, multi‑customer environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor servers and systems, taking ownership of incidents and requests.
- Investigate and resolve incidents within 15 minutes using documented procedures.
- Create and update tickets, execute daily checklists and shift logs.
- Monitor backup jobs, rerun failed jobs, and escalate when necessary.
- Coordinate with Level 2/Level 3 support, Incident Management, and Service Delivery teams.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change review meetings.
- Schedule and approve maintenance activities across multiple ticketing systems.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with a proactive, vigilant attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, 24/7 shift environment.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with internal and external teams.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of following documented procedures.
