Junior IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior IT Support & Operations Specialist to provide first‑line and intermediate technical assistance across the organization. This is an ideal position for someone with foundational IT support experience who wants to expand into systems, applications, network, cloud, and operational technology support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line and intermediate user support following ITSM procedures.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and manage system accounts, onboarding/offboarding, and permission changes.
• Set up, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Perform routine workstation maintenance, basic server tasks, and manage assets and inventory.
• Assist with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 admin tools for user account management.
• Troubleshoot Wi‑Fi, wired connectivity, printers, and Ubiquiti UniFi wireless/switching environments.
• Provide basic support for Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Power BI reporting tools.
• Help resolve IoT and greenhouse system alerts, ensuring reliable data flow.
• Document common issues, follow ticketing and change‑management processes, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related technical role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills across devices, applications, printers, and access issues.
• Excellent communication and a user‑focused attitude.
