Junior Designer, Paper and Packaging

About the role
Indigo is seeking a Junior Designer to support its Paper and Packaging design team. The role focuses on creating original graphics and artwork for Indigo’s private‑label paper products and packaging, ensuring high‑quality, on‑budget, and on‑time delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Paper Designer, design manager, merchants, sourcing team, artists and CAD specialists to execute production artwork.
- Support multiple seasonal collections from concept through production, creating technical specifications and comprehensive tech‑packs for vendors.
- Develop graphics and artwork, resize and reformat images for various product and packaging needs.
- Manage sample quality, present samples to cross‑functional partners, and track development timelines.
Required profile
- Portfolio of relevant design work (required).
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CAD tools for packaging design.
