Junior Business Development Representative (Remote, Canada)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Representative to join our technology sales team. The role is primarily remote across Canada, with a hybrid option for candidates located within 40 km of Mississauga, ON. You will be the first point of contact with senior technology leaders, helping to build a robust pipeline for our senior sales executives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders to qualify opportunities.
• Book meetings and hand‑off qualified leads to senior sales executives.
• Maintain consistent follow‑up and activity to grow the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre‑Sales teams.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years of experience in BDR, SDR, inside sales, or a customer‑facing role.
• Confidence speaking with senior executives and handling rejection.
• Resilience, perseverance, and a growth mindset in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and targets.
