IT Team Leader

About the role

Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to oversee technology operations across its network of clinics. The role is based in Laval with occasional travel to sites in Quebec City, Montreal, Saint‑Sauveur and Gatineau.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all IT operations including infrastructure, networks, security and end‑user support.
• Mobilize, mentor and develop technical teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure continuous performance of critical systems and manage major incidents efficiently.
• Monitor KPIs and SLA compliance, and drive process improvements such as change management and governance.
• Optimize supplier relationships, control costs and strengthen cybersecurity and business continuity plans.
• Contribute to strategic IT decisions and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Develop, test and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Provide hands‑on technical support and training when required.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in team or operations management.
• Proven experience in a multi‑site environment.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP or Azure are an asset.
• Strong leadership, strategic vision and ability to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent analytical, risk‑management and continuous‑improvement mindset.
