IT Team Leader

About the role

Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to oversee technology operations across its rapidly growing network of clinics. The position is full‑time, permanent, and based primarily in Laval with occasional travel to other sites in Quebec.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all IT operations, including infrastructure, networks, security, and end‑user support.
• Mentor, develop, and coordinate multiple technical teams across a multi‑site environment.
• Ensure continuous performance of critical systems and manage major incidents with composure.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvements such as change management and governance.
• Optimize vendor relationships, control costs, and manage IT supplier contracts.
• Strengthen cybersecurity measures and maintain business continuity and backup plans.
• Contribute to strategic IT decisions and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide hands‑on technical support for network or system issues when required.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in team or operations management.
• Proven experience in a multi‑site environment (essential).
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Leadership qualities: motivating, results‑oriented, and able to make quick decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or Azure are an asset.
