IT Team Leader

About the role

Lacroix Private Medicine is seeking an experienced IT Team Leader to oversee technology operations across its rapidly growing network of clinics and facilities in Quebec. The role is based in Laval with occasional travel to other sites such as Saint‑Sauveur and Gatineau, and requires a hands‑on leader who can ensure reliable, secure, and high‑performing IT services for clinicians and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all IT operations including infrastructure, networks, security, and end‑user support.
• Lead, mentor and develop technical teams across multiple sites.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain service quality and continuous improvement.
• Handle major incidents with composure and ensure timely resolution.
• Optimize processes such as change management, governance, and supplier cost management.
• Strengthen cybersecurity measures and maintain business continuity and backup plans.
• Contribute to strategic IT decisions and ensure compliance with security standards.

Required profile

• 7+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in team or operations management.
• Proven experience in multi‑site environments, preferably within healthcare.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Strong analytical, risk‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Leadership style that is motivating, structured and results‑oriented.
