About the role

The candidate will act as an IT support technician for office environments, providing phone and on‑site assistance, maintenance and troubleshooting for computers, mobile devices and other IT equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide telephone and on‑site support, with the possibility of remote work one day per week.
  • Escalate incidents and follow up with users.
  • Diagnose, install and repair hardware for desktops, laptops, hard drives, network tools and peripherals.
  • Deliver software, hardware and operational support.
  • Participate in various IT projects.
  • Keep client and incident documentation up to date in the ticketing system.
  • Deploy software manually or via automation.
  • Handle urgent and critical technical issues, including major outages.

Required profile

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar support role.
  • At least 1 year of relevant technical support and office setup experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Recent experience in a comparable position (within the last year).
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different IT environments.

Required skills

  • Remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Proficiency with Windows 11; macOS knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with email systems (Exchange, MS365).
  • Mobile device support for Android and iOS.
  • Hardware knowledge: PCs, laptops, printers, servers, firewalls, VPN, and cloud infrastructure.
