IT Support Technician – End‑User & Microsoft 365

About the role

AGAT Laboratories is looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to provide end‑user assistance, manage Microsoft 365 environments, and support network infrastructure across several locations. You will work closely with internal IT teams to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues and document tickets in the IT ticketing system.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licensing, Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups and Teams.
• Configure MFA, Conditional Access and assist with password resets and account security.
• Install, label and document Ethernet cabling; deploy switches, wireless access points, conference‑room technology and printers.
• Support cybersecurity awareness programs, phishing simulations, endpoint protection and vulnerability remediation.
• Participate in IT projects, system migrations and technology deployments while maintaining asset inventories.

Required profile

• Strong technical aptitude with a focus on end‑user support.
• Experience handling Microsoft 365 administration and Exchange Online.
• Ability to work on‑site across multiple locations and travel as needed.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
