IT Support Specialist – Hospitality

About the role

Join the IT team of a renowned Relais & Châteaux resort and provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to staff and guests. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a stunning West Coast environment while supporting the inn’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software, network and other IT systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimise operational disruption.
• Assist with maintenance, updates and preventive checks on computers, servers and network equipment.
• Set up and configure IT equipment and applications for staff.
• Provide training and guidance on secure and efficient use of IT resources.
• Log, track and prioritize tickets using the resort’s help‑desk system.
• Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or external providers.
• Manage IT inventory, licences and documentation.
• Contribute to the development of IT standards, procedures and user guides.
