IT Support Analyst

About the role

Precision Well Servicing is seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join its in‑office team in Red Deer. You will work closely with the IT department to deliver reliable technology solutions across multiple office and field locations.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure and support Microsoft Windows OS and Office 365 environments.
• Understand and maintain client PCs, cloud servers and networking systems.
• Configure, deploy and support workstations, hardware, smartphones and aircards at various sites.
• Provide in‑person and remote support to device users.
• Document activities and manage workloads using an IT service ticketing system.
• Follow standardized IT processes and collaborate with peers, business stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and execute assigned project plans.
• Research information as needed to complete tasks; occasional travel may be required.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Motivation to learn and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work onsite full‑time and commute to the Red Deer office.
• Team‑oriented attitude and engagement in a collaborative environment.
