IT Support Analyst – Help Desk

About the role

Lawson Lundell LLP is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join its Vancouver office. You will be part of a collaborative IT team delivering reliable technology services to a fast‑growing law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help‑desk support via phone and email, troubleshooting end‑user requests.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule for after‑hours support.
• Set up and maintain audio/video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.
• Configure computer hardware, office phones, and manage moves.
• Investigate and resolve application or peripheral issues, coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Support virtual and physical desktops, mobile device management, identity management (AD, Entra, MFA), Microsoft Office suite, document management, endpoint and web security, and video/web‑conferencing platforms (Cisco Webex, MS Teams, Zoom).

Required profile

• Certificate or diploma in information technology or computer systems.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting end‑user technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Positive interpersonal skills, resilience under pressure, and a self‑motivated, multitasking attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be onsite in downtown Vancouver.
• Successful completion of a Canadian criminal records check.
