IT Sourcer – Recruitment Researcher (Prospecting Only)

About the role

Leloir Inc., a Canadian IT consulting firm, is looking for an International IT Sourcer to strengthen its recruitment pipeline. This position focuses exclusively on sourcing and prospecting IT consultants for Canadian mandates, using provided templates and search criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured LinkedIn and platform searches to identify qualified IT consultants.
• Build and refine Boolean search strings and targeted filters for multiple roles.
• Execute outreach campaigns with pre‑approved connection requests and follow‑up messages.
• Collect CVs, upload them to the ATS or shared folders, and keep candidate tracking up to date.
• Provide weekly written summaries of sourcing activity and flag any challenges promptly.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT sourcing, technical recruiting, or candidate research.
• Complete fluency in French and ability to work independently after training.
• Strong understanding of IT roles such as developers, architects, DevOps, QA, and cloud specialists.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
• Expertise in Boolean search logic.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and shared‑folder collaboration.
