IT Senior System & Network Administrator

About the role

DART Aerospace is seeking an experienced IT Senior System & Network Administrator to maintain and evolve a critical IT infrastructure supporting fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing. The role blends systems, networking, and cloud responsibilities with a strong emphasis on reliability, security, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise servers, networks and virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Design, implement and manage LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls, routing and switching.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.
• Manage cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS or similar) and ensure high availability.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents and implement cybersecurity best practices.
• Support automation initiatives using PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges in a production environment.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in system and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls and networking architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and cloud environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish considered an asset.
