IT Manager – Lead Technology Operations

About the role

The HIDI Group is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT strategy across all offices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operation of IT infrastructure, systems, networks and cloud environment.
• Oversee servers, networking, Microsoft 365, telephony, security systems and enterprise applications.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycle, licensing and IT asset inventory.
• Plan and execute technology upgrades, implementations and system migrations.
• Ensure business continuity through backup, disaster recovery and system resiliency.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives and maintain appropriate security controls.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, standards and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Supervise and mentor the IT Technician, providing escalation support for complex issues.
• Develop an IT roadmap aligned with business objectives and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and oversee software licensing.
• Develop and manage the IT operating budget and monitor technology spending.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive IT experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing Microsoft environments, networking, cybersecurity, cloud services and enterprise infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading technology projects and managing third‑party vendors.
