IT Desktop Support Analyst (Manufacturing)

About the role

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands‑on technology support at its Richmond Hill, ON manufacturing facility. The role ensures reliable IT operations by supporting end users, maintaining systems, and quickly resolving technical issues in a fast‑paced production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day IT support for hardware, software, and client devices used on the plant floor.
• Assist with plant‑specific systems and network infrastructure to maintain continuous operations.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with plant operations and corporate IT teams to align technology solutions with manufacturing needs.
• Maintain documentation of support activities and system configurations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to work in a high‑tempo manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with plant staff and IT colleagues.
• Willingness to work fully onsite at the Richmond Hill location.
