IT Collaboration Specialist

About the role

The IT Collaboration Specialist will manage and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms, primarily Zoom and Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva. Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, Support and Security, the role blends day‑to‑day operational support with strategic improvement and user adoption initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues across Zoom and Microsoft 365 services.
• Configure platform settings, policies, permissions, and integrations.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions to maintain system health.
• Partner with security, service‑desk, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance.
• Test, validate, and roll out new features, updates, and releases.
• Drive user engagement, create documentation, and deliver training to boost adoption.
• Maintain governance standards, including naming conventions, access controls, and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Viva) and Zoom (Chat, Meetings, AI Companion, Phone, Contact Center).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with identity and access management (Entra ID, SSO) and security concepts (DLP, retention).
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
