Investment Analyst – Real Estate Private Equity

About the role

Richmond Asset Management is seeking an Analyst to support its growing real‑estate private equity platform. The role offers direct exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing new opportunities to enhancing the performance of an existing portfolio, and works closely with senior leadership in a collaborative, lean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite new real‑estate investment opportunities and present recommendations.
• Analyze market, economic, and demographic data to inform investment decisions.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews and assist in preparing transaction and closing documents.
• Support the sourcing of lender options and preparation of property‑specific business plans.
• Perform monthly asset‑management reviews, generate property‑level reports, and identify improvement initiatives.
• Research and execute value‑add strategies to increase property value and returns.
• Assist with refinancing strategies and contribute to marketing and business‑development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the real‑estate industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial, and organizational abilities.
• Ambitious, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple workstreams with tight timelines.
