Inventory Clerk – Warehouse & Stock Management

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Inventory Clerk to keep our shop and warehouse organized while supporting routine clerical tasks. The role involves managing stock levels, processing purchase orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean shop and warehouse environment.
• Process files, paperwork, and purchase orders.
• Verify stock availability and reconcile physical inventories with system counts.
• Compile inventory reports and conduct quality‑control checks.
• Pack items for shipping, place stock on shelves, and prepare requisition orders.
• Unpack goods, verify receipts and packing slips, and monitor inventory levels.

Required profile

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
• Bilingual language ability.
• Ability to distinguish colours, strong attention to detail, and physical capability to bend, crouch, kneel, lift heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Organized, reliable, team‑oriented, and versatile.
