Internal Sales Agent – Bilingual (English/French)

About the role

Movora is seeking a bilingual Internal Sales Agent to support its Canadian market. The role focuses on driving revenue growth within existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate sales documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support Canadian executives and sales representatives to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with customers, identifying inventory gaps and promoting product penetration.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to promote current offers and expand product ranges.
• Prepare quotes, manage discounts, special pricing, and calculate ROI for customers.
• Translate marketing and sales communications for Quebec and French‑speaking customers.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day communications with international vendors and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Investigate account discrepancies and validate promotional pricing.
• Onboard new customers and keep CRM/ERP data up to date.
• Collaborate with accounting on payment plans, credit requests, and related inquiries.
• Participate in sales training and mentor junior sales or customer‑service staff.

Required profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Experience in internal sales or customer‑service roles within a B2B environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accurate record‑keeping and compliance.
