Internal Communications Specialist

About the role

The Internal Communications Specialist will shape and deliver impactful messaging across TJX Canada’s digital platforms. You will create and distribute content that strengthens the TJX brand while supporting strategic projects. This role collaborates with multiple teams to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication for all associates.

Key responsibilities

• Update and publish content, maintain templates, and execute scheduled communications.
• Oversee digital initiatives on the intranet (The Thread), e‑newsletters, digital message boards, and home‑office signage.
• Support weekly content updates on SharePoint, The Thread, Poppulo, Appspace, and the ServiceNow knowledge base.
• Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders through clear collaboration.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of communications experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Post‑secondary education in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; bilingualism is an asset.
