Internal Auditor

About the role

Join Stingray’s Finance team as an Internal Auditor and help strengthen the company’s control environment. You will lead the design, implementation and maintenance of internal controls over financial reporting while evaluating IT General Controls to protect financial data.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for the 52‑109 compliance program and lead ICFR initiatives.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Analyze, document and recommend improvements to business and technology processes.
• Identify risks, propose pragmatic recommendations and support Finance, IT and Operations teams in remediation.
• Participate in control risk assessments for new systems, applications or technology partnerships.
• Prepare clear audit reports and support the annual financial statement audit.
• Collaborate across teams to foster continuous improvement and best‑practice controls.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of internal or external auditing experience, including 52‑109 or SOX compliance.
• Hands‑on experience evaluating IT General Controls.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to produce audit‑ready documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Bilingual French/English.
• Relevant professional designation (e.g., CISA, CIA, CPA) is a plus.
