Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will ensure the robustness of the bank's control framework, linking daily work to team growth and overall impact. You will be responsible for timely execution and reporting of controls, maintaining data integrity, and supporting senior management with risk monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and report 1C controls on schedule.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting tools such as trackers, checklists, and governance decks.
• Monitor and review USDCP policies, procedures, and bi‑weekly cascade processes.
• Oversee mandatory training compliance for USDCP staff with a focus on breach prevention.
• Produce monthly Key Risk Indicator reports for senior management and TOPC.
• Deliver ad‑hoc reporting and control analyses as requested by senior USDCP leadership.
• Prepare OPC Management Meeting documentation, capture minutes, and present control results to senior management.
• Support additional OPC mandate activities as needed.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in audit, control, or related risk functions.
• Undergraduate degree, preferably in mathematics, finance, or a business‑related field.
• Good understanding of the financial/banking industry and general bank operations.
• Familiarity with payments operations (SWIFT, CHIPS, FED, correspondent banking) is a plus.
• High ethical standards and strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced technical skills working with spreadsheets and databases.
