Intermediate Graphic Designer – Social Media

About the role

Montana Steele Strategic Marketing is seeking an Intermediate Graphic Designer to lead visual creation for its Social Media department. You will translate communication briefs into compelling, brand‑aligned graphics that resonate across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce social‑media graphics, animations, and short video assets.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to delivery while meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain and organize design files and assets for easy team access.
• Stay current with design trends and platform specifications to optimize content performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced advertising or branding agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, branding, and multi‑channel execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships across all team levels and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Understanding of video/film or animation fundamentals (asset).
