Intermediate Financial Analyst – General Expenses

About the role

Airbus is looking for an Intermediate Financial Analyst focused on General Expenses to join its A220 commercial aircraft program finance team in Mirabel, Quebec. You will act as a key business partner to operational managers and support the FAL Mirabel Controlling team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end close process, ensuring accurate accounting entries and adherence to deadlines.
• Serve as the SAP BPC expert for the team, maintaining and improving reporting tools.
• Partner with functional areas such as FAL A/B, Pre‑FAL, Paint Shop, and ACJ to provide financial insights.
• Perform variance analysis and cost control for general expenses.
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong desire to grow skills and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.
