Intermediate Developer – RPA & AI Applications

About the role
ICBC’s Information Services Division is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join the Robotic Process Automation & AI Applications team. You will lead enhancements and maintenance of online tools used daily by internal teams, partners, and customers, applying your expertise in web development, testing, and deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and deliver software applications in the RPA and AI space.
- Lead a small team of 2‑3 developers, providing technical guidance and coaching.
- Investigate and resolve production issues related to applications.
- Provide estimates, impact assessments, and support for business cases.
- Develop automation methods, assess performance and capacity, and implement development tools for efficiency.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical work streams and mentor junior developers.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
