Integration Developer - SAP

About the role

As an Integration Developer you will be a key member of the ERP and Business Systems team, leading integration solutions from architectural design through to hand‑over. You will collaborate with stakeholders, internal technology teams and global vendors to build a scalable, resilient system landscape that supports critical data flows.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of ERP integration solutions, including design, development and go‑live support for on‑premises, cloud and hybrid scenarios.
• Design and build high‑performance interfaces, ensuring data integrity across SAP and non‑SAP applications.
• Partner with vendors and business leads to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, API‑first integration patterns.
• Provide guidance and conduct code reviews for team members, ensuring adherence to integration best practices.
• Stay current with SAP BTP advancements and replace legacy patterns with modern, efficient solutions.
• Document technical decisions, identify potential bottlenecks and execute proactive mitigation plans.
• Proactively identify and resolve system issues before they impact global supply chain or retail operations.

Required profile

• University degree or technical diploma with at least 5 years of dedicated experience in SAP integration.
• Strong expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration, API Management and Event Mesh.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting and XSLT for complex message mapping and transformation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, business leads and internal technology teams.
