Insulation Installer

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our team in Calgary. You will work on residential projects, ensuring buildings are properly insulated, energy‑efficient, and compliant with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, cut, and shape insulating materials using hand and power tools.
• Fit insulation around obstructions, between joists and studs, and install vapour barriers and fire‑retardant materials.
• Apply waterproofing cement or similar products over installed insulation.
• Safely remove hazardous insulation materials such as asbestos, ceramic fibres, lead, mould, and urea‑formaldehyde.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in insulation installation.
• Physically capable of standing for long periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Available to work day shifts and weekends as needed.
