Match Retail is seeking an energetic In‑Store Sales Representative to promote home electronics products at a Woodbridge retail location. Working Wednesday‑Sunday, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate televisions and audio equipment, and drive brand awareness for LG Promoters. The role offers a salary of $50,000‑$53,000 per year plus performance bonuses.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for consumers, answering product questions and guiding purchase decisions.
• Demonstrate and showcase television and home‑audio products to generate excitement and awareness.
• Collaborate with store sales and leadership teams to build strong relationships and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Provide training advice to store associates and relay feedback to the local field sales trainer.
• Track weekly sales results and strive to meet or exceed target metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong communication skills and an outgoing, engaging personality.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts (Wed‑Sun, afternoons/evenings and weekends).
• Tech‑savvy with a comfort level using the latest television and audio technology.
• Experience meeting sales targets and setting goals.
