About the role

This is a sales-oriented role responsible for sourcing new creator partnerships, managing outreach, negotiating deals, and contributing directly to revenue growth. You'll own your outreach pipeline, build strong relationships with creators and agents, and help bring high‑performing campaigns to life.

Key responsibilities

Prospect and pitch new influencer partnerships.
Manage ongoing outreach via direct messages and email.
Negotiate deal terms aligned with performance goals.
Track deal progress and campaign performance.
Build long‑term relationships with creators and talent managers.
Contribute to monthly and quarterly booking targets.

Required profile

Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.
Consumer goods experience preferred.
Influencer marketing (IM) experience is a bonus.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Confidence discussing budgets and deliverables.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Results‑driven with a strong sense of ownership.
