Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth‑focused Influencer Marketing Manager who lives inside the social media ecosystem. The role is fully remote and requires constant availability to spot and act on viral moments, onboard high‑potential creators and nurture long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Scout TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms to identify undervalued creators with viral potential.
• Work daily with in‑house algorithms to validate creator metrics and forecast growth trends.
• Execute personalized outreach, negotiate deal structures and act as the primary point of contact for creators.
• Analyze ROI using internal and external data tools to decide which partnerships to scale or sunset.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure creator content aligns with overall company objectives.

Required profile

• Exceptional instinct for spotting creators before they go viral.
• Strong analytical mindset able to make data‑driven partnership decisions.
• Hyper‑availability – on‑call seven days a week to capture real‑time trends.
• Self‑motivated remote work style with excellent organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and decentralized platforms.

Required skills
