Industrial Operator – Shift Work

About the role

Enersul is seeking a safety‑focused Operator to join its facility near Fox Creek, Alberta. You will work 12‑hour rotating shifts on a 7‑days‑on/7‑days‑off schedule, ensuring smooth plant operations and high product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment safely, efficiently, and in line with production targets.
• Manage time, maintain quality standards, and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Continuously review and follow safe work procedures, both personally and with fellow operators.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
• ABSA 4th Class Power Engineering Trade Certification (asset).
• Heavy‑equipment operation experience (asset).
• Safety certifications such as H2S Alive, First Aid, WHMIS (asset).
• Railcar handling experience (asset).
