Inbound Sales Representative (Hybrid, Vancouver)

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Representative at Prenuvo, you will be the first point of contact for prospective patients interested in our whole‑body MRI scans. You will deliver exceptional service through phone, email and chat, helping customers understand our proactive health‑care solutions and guiding them toward a booking.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of inbound inquiries via phone, live chat and email.
• Provide accurate information about Prenuvo’s MRI scanning services and address customer questions.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate service options.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow the sales process to convert qualified leads into appointments.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focus with excellent communication skills.
• High level of persistence, emotional intelligence and work ethic.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
