Inbound Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Inbound Sales Consultant to engage property owners who have expressed interest in professional property management services. You will handle warm inbound inquiries, build trust quickly, and guide owners through the sign‑up process while delivering on‑camera demo calls.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and video inquiries from property owners.
• Qualify owners’ needs, property details, timelines, and urgency.
• Explain the company’s property‑management services clearly and professionally.
• Conduct on‑camera demo calls and structured sales presentations.
• Handle objections related to price, service, timing, and trust.
• Close qualified owners and guide them through next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including notes, tasks, and lead status.
• Follow up consistently with owners who have not yet progressed.
• Identify stalled opportunities and coordinate internally to ensure a smooth client experience.
• Escalate issues early when necessary to protect the client experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent sales experience).
• 3–5+ years of full‑time inbound, consultative, or high‑ticket sales experience.
• Proven ability to close warm inbound leads via phone or video.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and running professional demos.
• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Experience working remotely in a structured environment.
• High follow‑up discipline and ability to manage multiple active leads.

• Effective objection‑handling techniques.
• Ability to deliver clear, persuasive presentations on video calls.
