Implementation Analyst

About the role

Forma.ai is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join its Customer Operations team. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to translate business requirements into commission engine logic and help customers unlock revenue potential.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships with a portfolio of customers, managing expectations and project timelines.
• Architect new customer implementations by converting data inputs and business rules into Forma’s commission engine architecture.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to convey customer feedback and implement platform enhancements.
• Develop expertise in Sales Performance Management (SPM) and identify improvement opportunities in processes such as crediting and quota setting.

Required profile

• Education in Engineering, Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data profiling, segmentation and aggregation.
• Understanding of data architecture and logical database structures.
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python (nice‑to‑have).
