Immigration Consultant (Hybrid, Full‑time)

About the role

InfoPlace Canada is seeking a licensed Immigration Consultant to join its remote‑first team. You will provide accurate, compliant advice on Canadian immigration pathways while actively promoting the firm’s services to qualified prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Canadian immigration programs and policies.
• Prepare and submit immigration applications with precision and compliance.
• Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and recommend optimal pathways.
• Position and offer the company’s services through effective relationship‑building.
• Guide prospective clients in making informed decisions about proceeding.
• Stay current on evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Represent clients in communications with IRCC and other authorities.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, and industry events to build brand presence.
• Maintain strong client relationships and encourage referrals.

Required profile

• Licensed RCIC in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Canadian immigration consulting.
• Proven ability to position services and build client trust.
• Strong knowledge of Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, LMIA, and family sponsorship.
• Exceptional communication skills with a client‑centered approach.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to meet compliance and growth objectives remotely.
