Hydrovac Swamper / Operator – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking ambitious and hardworking individuals to join our team as Hydrovac Swampers and Operators, working on client sites across Alberta and British Columbia. The role involves safely operating and driving a Hydrovac unit to complete hydro‑excavation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and drive the Hydrovac in a safe and professional manner.
• Complete hydro‑excavation projects efficiently and successfully.
• Follow company policies, health and safety procedures, DOT regulations, and hazardous‑waste requirements.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of Hydrovac experience.
• Valid Class 3 driver’s licence with air‑brake endorsement (Class 5 for Swamper role).
• Clean driver abstract and ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Capability to work extended hours, variable shifts, and maintain good physical health.
• Integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.
