HVAC Apprentice – 1st to 5th Year

About the role

Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a motivated HVAC Apprentice to join our service team in the Oakville area. The position supports a range of residential, commercial and industrial HVAC projects while you progress through the 1st to 5th year of your apprenticeship.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Perform routine service calls and respond to on‑call shift requirements.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical components.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Required profile

• GT2 Gas Technician licence (or higher) and ODP certification.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and eligibility for fleet insurance.
• Ability to obtain a clean security clearance.
• Willingness to work on‑call shifts and flexible hours.

Required skills

• Mechanical skills.
• Electrical skills.
• Computer aptitude for diagnostic tools.
• Working at Heights training (preferred).
• Elevated Work Platform training (preferred).

What we offer

• Total compensation ranging from $67,500 to $135,000 per year.
• Base pay based on apprenticeship level ($26.64‑$52.48 per hour).
