Human Resources Generalist – Canada & US Support

About the role

Myant is looking for an execution‑focused, adaptable Human Resources Generalist to support its growing workforce across Canada and the United States. Based at the Mississauga Research & Development Centre, you will partner with employees and leaders to deliver consistent HR services throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support talent initiatives including acquisition, onboarding, learning & development, and performance management.
• Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new hires across geographies.
• Contribute to talent pipeline development, including early‑talent and campus relationships where applicable.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, off‑boarding, employee changes, and documentation.
• Participate in company‑wide programs such as compensation reviews, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
• Ensure day‑to‑day HR operations run efficiently and consistently across multiple divisions.

Required profile

• Highly execution‑focused and adaptable with a strong interest in HR.
• Experience providing end‑to‑end HR support in a multi‑location environment.
• Ability to serve as a trusted HR partner to both employees and managers.
• Familiarity with HR policies, employee relations matters, and talent initiatives.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite at the Mississauga centre.
